Terms of Service for Aerial Work Platform Sourcing
These terms describe use of the Aerial Work Platform Sourcing website and the written factory-matching brief. Aerial Work Platform Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. Submitting a form does not create a manufacturing contract, an authorized-dealer appointment, or a promise that a named plant has been audited by us.
What the desk does
We restate product specifications, quantity, destination and optional budget notes so factories can reply on one sheet. Factory quotes remain offers from those factories until you accept them in a separate purchase document. We may refuse a brief that asks us to invent missing geometry or to publish a savings percentage we cannot evidence.
What the desk does not do
We do not hold inventory, issue load-test certificates, or install equipment. Pit work, freight and commissioning are outside a machine-only line unless you asked those extras in writing. Public specification pages linked from articles are references, not our warranty.
Eligibility language on this site
FREE sourcing support and up to 3% appear only with the published qualification sentence. Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review your product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements. That sentence is not a guaranteed discount.
Acceptable use
Do not use the form to send malware, impersonate another company, or request consumer retail fulfillment. We may delete submissions that are not business procurement briefs for lifting platforms or related dock equipment.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. Continued use after a visible change means you accept the new text. Questions about a submitted brief belong on the contact page, not in a comment on a blog note.
