Aerial Work Platform Sourcing

This is a buyer-side matching desk for lifting platforms. We write comparable factory requests. We do not operate a plant, hold dealer stock, or publish a founding year we cannot evidence.

How a brief moves, not a corporate history

  1. Intake

You send product type, rated capacity, geometry, quantity and destination. Optional budget and supplier preference ride along as buyer notes. We do not treat preference as a verified factory grade.

  2. Restatement

We rewrite the sheet so lift height, lowered height, aisle width, pit depth or dock height, and power sit on one page. Nameplate-only capacity is flagged because application load, attachment and load center change the comparison.

  3. Factory replies

Replies are compared on the same units. A public supplier-directory RFQ pattern is a research reference, not proof that this desk already ran that search for you.

  4. Open items

Freight, pit work, anchors and commissioning stay listed as extras unless you asked them inside the machine line. Unconfirmed items stay labeled unconfirmed.

Working rules we will repeat in writing

Same units

lb with a load center, ft of platform travel, in of lip or pit. Mixing metric and US customary numbers on one line is sent back.

Split scope

Equipment price is not installed cost. Site work is named or excluded before anyone reads a total.

No borrowed papers

Certificates and load tests belong to the quoted factory item. This site does not display them as house credentials.

Roles on the desk, not named testimonials

Brief writer workstation

Brief writer

Turns aisle photos and dock heights into fields a factory can quote. Does not invent missing dimensions.

Factory matcher notes

Factory matcher

Looks for plants that already publish this family. Does not claim those plants are audited by us.

Quote comparison table

Quote comparer

Checks that duty cycle, power and exclusions match. Does not convert the table into a savings percentage.

Papers we ask you to request from the factory

  • Nameplate photograph
  • Load-test sheet for the quoted geometry
  • Electrical or hydraulic schematic
  • Spare-parts boundary

Those items are requests, not certificates hanging on this site.
